What are the best card draw engines in EDH in G, W, or B? The only two good ones I can think of are Necropotence and Phyrexian Etchings. Any other good ones that I haven't noticed?

So if I were to say "you're a complete douchebag who has his head up his ass so far he's using his own eyeballs as glasses," you'd simply shrug it off?

I rely a lot on recursion and blink/bounce so that adds other options.

I get some good draw off of Wall of Omens with recursion in white, and in black I've never drawn so many cards as off the back of recurring Bloodghasts and somewhat lesser Reassembling Skeleton with a Skullclamp on board.

For black they hit the big ones up there. I like to use Mind's Eye as well. In green, I usually look for recursion rather than just draw. This tends to make my EDH decks much more consistent. Also, I consider card ADVANTAGE a big part of the game. In a multiplayer game, if I cast a Hex and get 6 creatures of theirs, then I have done a 6 for 1, thus in a way card advantage.

Hmm... Do you just want to draw cards, or do you want to generate card advantage?

For White and Green, some of the best draw you can get is from Skullclamp. Search for it with Quest for the Holy Relic, Taj-Nar Swordsmith, Stoneforge Mystic, Stonehewer Giant, Enlightened Tutor, Steelshaper's Gift, or Steelshaper Apprentice and then generate tokens in one of many ways, then clamp the tokens.

Other green draw engines: Greater Good, Sylvan Library, Abundance, Fecundity, Primordial Sage
For white, there's not a lot of true draw, but you can generate repeated card advantage with Endless Horizons, Land Tax, Weathered Wayfarer, Eternal Dragon, especially when paired with Scroll Rack.

Black has all kinds of draw engines, many of which have been mentioned already.

One of the best cards in Mono-green at least. Your guys get big. Your guys die. This makes dying awesome for 4 mana.

Praetor's Counsel is a new addition to the "holy crap! Green can draw cards!" package. It might not say draw X cards, but when you play a spell and you end up with a ton ton of cards in hand... that's card draw to me.

tower of fortunes, kozilek, butcher of truth are both good colorless draw spells. The former is especially so if you have a lot of low-mana things to drop as you can alternate between emptying your hand and refilling it, and K-Bot just because he's a must-answer threat that refills your hand.

Inheritance is a card that few have heard of but can be excellent. Paying 3 to draw whenever a creature dies, and only costing W, can be backbreaking.

I'm sure multiples of each of these have been said, but -

Black: Necropotence is the undisputed #1 out of the 3 colors. Moving on - Phyrexian Arena, Dark Tutelage (you run Sensei's Divining Top and tutors, right?), Graveborne Muse, Skeletal Scrying, Dark Confidant, and a few others such as Promise of Power and decree of pain, but that's usually enough.

Green - Green has some extremely strong draw in the form of Greater Good, which is unquestionably, in my eyes, the best green draw card. After that there's Regal Force, which is kinda lackluster without Avenger of Zendikar IMO but still decently playable without it. Collective Unconscious is also extremely effective draw, but beyond that and the new Praetor's Counsel, green card advantage is more limited to ramp spells that fill up your hand like kodama's reach, cultivate, and civic wayfinder.

For white...I've never heard of Inheritance before but it seems worth a look.

Otherwise, I like using artifacts like sword of fire and ice, sword of light and shadow, and mind's eye to draw.

For white, nothing beats the "White Necropotence" a.k.a. Land Tax. While drawing three plains a turn might seem not so great, think of what that does to the quality of your draw step draws. On top of that, you'll NEVER miss a land drop.

I am suprised no one has mentioned Disciple of Bolas yet. He lets you draw cards plus gain life and I use him in my golgari graveyard deck.

Maybe I just missed it, but on a quick read-through, I didn't see anyone mention Garruk, Primal Hunter. I run that in most of my green decks (any that aren't token-based), because all of his modes are potentially useful, and because in a lot of green decks, his card draw potential can be fantastic.

Most people consider GPH one of the better planeswalkers (top 10 or so) in this format, and for good reason.
